Little Ones | Peyton

I was so excited to be a part of Peyton’s Zhuazhou ceremony. It is an Asian ritual held when the child is 1 year old. The parents put various objects before the child. The child’s choice is used to forecast their future. This custom dates back thousands of years. Peyton was really observant and studied her tray for the longest time. She finally selected the stamp which translates to civil servant. This was my first zhuazhou and I loved it. What a fun tradition to start dreaming of their future selves.
